I came acroos the page "Freedownloads" in search for an eBokk - creating Software and find the link to eBooksWriter Gold... who, that's great..was the first thing in my mind..ok, download...open..but what I got is the "Lite" Version. I don't know if this is your way to get customers, but it's not my way to buy or comment an a software. Sorry, but I'll not use your software anyway.

I left a comment, but it was concerning eBook
writer pro and it had to do with failure to load and function, and that the support email was no deliverable to the address given. I am interested in an ebook writer system but I am not interested
inn thinking about buying one without a trial

ebookswriter lite 2010.20.236 is a very nice download. The ebook I am makeing was too large, with 137 pages. ebookswriter would be great for smaller apts.

After spending 2 hours figuring out how to use it, I tried to upload a short document and was told it was too large of a file to create the ebook. I wasted my time with this product and would not recommend it to anybody.

The best free eBook creator that I have found. You can make a clickable index, change the background of the pages and edit the terms of use for your eBooks. Only downside is the added txt on each page, however this can be eliminated by purchasing the software.

Awesome and am seriously considering purchasing, however will take some time to be able to get the money up to purchase, due to the high price.

I am pretty amused by your mailbot, so here it goes. I have downloaded it in search of software to create a dictionary in Kinyarwanda - english and the reverse for the Palm. However I did find at the Palmsite already the free eReader Pro for free, and your program is not much of a help for an already laborious work as a dictionary is. So I just reverted to the: eBookwriter development build 0.7.0. In this fashion I believe I can much more easily integrate the needs for a palm dictionary into the eReader as with your software, even when it's outdated; that is, the other one. However, I do keep it on the shelf, for 'future' reference, as I do have other plans on publications. Whatever might happen, it could also be the case that I learn as much as to my satisfaction of code that I won't need ever the support of your program. ... more and more I tend to work with small programs that look like ships and make the same results. As more and more I tend to work from a flash-drive.

6 years ago I learned already from literature I found at my work at the 3rd biggest scientific publisher in the world that computers on flash are the future, next to pinpoint size computers, in 5 to 10 years from now on.(spintronics is the word here).

trial size

I am disappointed in teh size that a file can be. Everything that I have tried so far, even a 4 page word doc with pictures has been too big. I wish you had a lite version that is suitable in price for a person, not a company, that I could afford. i do like it though.

eBookswriter LITE a must for small businesses

As a consulting firm it is necessary for us to be able to deliver easy to follow instructions to our clients. We have used other ebook writers but found eBookswriter lite to be the most comprehensive yet easy to use program that we have seen. As a 55 year old baby boomer I sometimes struggle with software programs. I usually write our material but have had to leave converting to ebooks to the younger folks. With eBookswriter lite I can do my own ebook creation complete with passwords where I want them. Now I can create products in a matter of ours to post on our website. I strongly recommend this product.

I like it a lot.

Hey - it took a few days to figure out the image set up - I wanted to get it to scale with various size screens - but what a powerful program. There is a fair chance i'll buy the full up version - 20 page limit on th elite is a bit short. The slight nag on the final product make for a less than professional look too. But a great program to let you sample a better alternative to pdfs!
Down side the help file in pdf format is in dual column - hard to use on screen. Maybe should use the software to generate a sample of the manual as the final product!

ebook program was not that great

one major complain about software was when I copied and pasted my text doc to the program, it would only bring in about 1/8th of the text then I am not sure if I would have to find out where i was or not, I might have been able to add more. I decided not to use the program. thanks anyway for your free trial but I doubt I would buy the software.
